Sorry, the title is a bit of a misnomer, Part Two isn’t quite ready yet. When I posted “The Most Tragic Figure in the Bible“, I said all I intended to and yet it seemed incomplete as if there were more to say. That is often how Good Friday seems to me, incomplete with more that needs to happen. And it also seems to me that it is OK to remain unsettled and incomplete for a little bit.
Today is Easter, the day tragedy turns to surprise and joy and hope. In the next day or two the rest of “The Most Tragic Figure in the Bible” will be ready to make a similar turn.
